MED PREPS LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the NRCME Prep website at nrcmeprep.com. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through the Service.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

Try Before You Buy

We offer a free practice test that includes questions from all 14 FMCSA exam categories with full answer explanations. This free practice test uses the same question format, difficulty level, and explanation depth as our paid question bank. We strongly encourage all prospective customers to complete the free practice test before purchasing to ensure the Service meets their expectations.

7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the date your payment was processed.
  • Your account has not been used to complete two (2) or more full-length practice exams (120-question examinations).
  • Your account has not been used to answer two hundred (200) or more total practice questions across any combination of quiz types (full-length exams, category review quizzes, or quick review quizzes).
  • Your account has not been terminated or suspended for violation of the Terms of Service, including but not limited to account sharing or content redistribution.

If all conditions are met, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.

After 7 Days

All sales are final after seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or account transfers will be issued after this period, regardless of the reason for the request. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of dissatisfaction, failure to use the Service, failure to pass an examination, or change of mind.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us through our contact page and provide the following information:

  1. The email address associated with your NRCME Prep account
  2. The approximate date of your purchase
  3. The reason for your refund request

Refund requests submitted through any channel other than the contact page (including social media, third-party review sites, or comments) will not be processed. Please use the official contact form to ensure your request is received and documented.

Processing Time

We review and process all eligible refund requests within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. MED PREPS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Upon refund approval, your access to paid content will be revoked immediately.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 calendar days after the original purchase date.
  • The account has been used to complete two (2) or more full-length practice exams.
  • The account has been used to answer two hundred (200) or more total practice questions across any combination of quiz types.
  • The account has been terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
  • The purchase was made using a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment method.
  • The user initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. If a chargeback is filed, the refund request is void, and we will respond to the dispute through the appropriate financial channels.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any future refund eligibility. MED PREPS LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be unwarranted.

Modifications to This Policy

MED PREPS LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
